Letters to God

I was pregnant at the time when I created this page and I printed off a picture of my babies ultrasound on OHT paper and created a little envelope at the bottom of the page (to see more about printing on OHT paper go to my blog post on transparent pages).

The envelope has a little prayer int it for my baby. I think using these mini envelopes for prayers or 'letters to God" is a fun addition to bible journaling. it keeps your personal thoughts and prayers tucked away and allows you to revisit them later and see how God has answered those prayers.

These little envelopes are easy to make and you only need a little paper. You could use scraps from scrapbooking pages, post-its or any left over paper. Here's a link to a video tutorial (I didn't make the video).

Hi, my name is Huia Yongo. I am happily married with one child. I love writing in books and love art, so bible journaling was an awesome way to help me study God's word.

I gave my life to Christ in 2012 and have never looked back. I always knew about Jesus from a young age, but until I gave my life to Christ I didn't know Him personally.
